Workshop Services
Many people in high-stress workplace environments experience feelings of burnout, imposter syndrome, imbalance with daily routines, and even possible vicarious trauma. I believe that information and conversation around these topics can help employees feel better able to take care of themselves and their responsibilities.
What happens in a workshop?
I believe that workshops and presentations can be informative, collaborative, and even enjoyable! My approach is to provide groups with information tailored to meet their needs and invite people to share in the conversation, provide feedback, and ask questions to better understand material. Afterward my hope is that participants leave with a better understanding of how they are affected by their workplace and what they can do to take care of themselves.
This information is valuable for high-stress workplaces such as law practices, medical groups, first responders, veterinarians, hospice care, and others. Topics typically covered involved managing stress and burnout, striking better work/life rhythm, self-care, recognizing and regulating strong emotions, and managing effects of second-hand trauma. I provide these services in person in the workplace to Austin-area employers. If you feel your team or organization would benefit from this type of support, I would love to talk to more about your needs, scheduling, and pricing.
